What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including sales, customer service, and maintenance.
Mentor, train, and develop a team of commissioned sales associates to improve the customer experience and sales profitability.
Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with purchases and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, inviting, and well‑presented showroom.
Participate in the sales process to enhance the customer shopping experience and educate associates.
Foster a positive morale among staff.
What We’re Looking For
Strong mentorship, coaching, and development skills to motivate teams to achieve results.
Minimum 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in furniture, with a focus on managing commissioned sales associates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A desire to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
