What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Research and identify key decision-makers at mid to large healthcare enterprises to build targeted prospect lists

Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, phone, and social selling to engage prospects

Build rapport with healthcare executives by understanding their challenges and demonstrating how solutions meet their needs

Own early stages of the sales process, ensuring smooth transitions and comprehensive prospect information transfer

Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging

Strong research and analytical skills to identify and prioritize high-value prospects

Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales

Familiarity with healthcare industry challenges and buying processes

Experience with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms

Understanding of medical imaging or healthcare IT solutions

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales development metrics
