Bilingual Licensed Inside Sales Representative - P&C - Base Pay Uncapped Bonuses
Join CONNECT, powered by American Family Insurance as a Licensed Inside Sales Representative.
The role is fully remote with a requirement to work at least 4 days per week from the Denver, CO area.
You must be bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) and currently hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines Producer license.
Compensation:
Starting base pay
$28.13 per hour with an uncapped bonus plan. Approximate variable compensation is $2,000 per month, ranging up to $7,000 or more.
Pay rate : Hourly ($28.13–$35.09 per hour). Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
Quote and sell automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance products.
Follow up on missing information to close sales by phone or email.
Attend required training, ongoing meetings, one‑on‑ones, and education to maintain active license.
Demonstrate product advantages and overcome objections.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
Maintain an organized and up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes.
Prioritize sales opportunities based on ICP on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
Explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
Keep an active P&C Producer or Personal Lines Producer license and fulfill all CE requirements.
Travel & Physical Requirements
Up to 10% travel.
Work primarily sitting/standing.
Additional Information
