Bilingual Licensed Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty - Base Pay Uncapped Bonuses
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping people protect their auto and home? We are seeking a bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Licensed Inside Sales Representative to join our team and assist clients with warm leads to provide quotes and sell any or all insurance products.
Starting Compensation : $28.13‑$35.09 per hour with an uncapped bonus plan. Average variable compensation is roughly $2,000 per month, potentially up to $7,000 or more as the business expands across states.
Primary Accountabilities :
Quote and sell automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance products.
Follow up on missing information to close sales by phone or email.
Attend required training, meetings, and continuing education to maintain your active property‑casualty producer license.
Demonstrate the advantages of our products, services, and benefits while overcoming objections to purchase.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements :
Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes.
Prioritize sales opportunities based on ICP across multiple computer systems/screens during quoting.
Explain insurance concepts and coverage details to clients.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Current active Property & Casualty Producer’s License or Personal Lines License.
Experience in inside sales and quoting insurance products.
Working Conditions :
Primarily home‑based; 4+ days per week working from home near Denver, CO.
On occasion travel to the Denver office for meetings, training, and culture events.
Initial training approximately 2 months in-person, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm local time. No time off during training.
Post‑training shifts: evening shifts up to 8:00 pm Monday‑Friday; 5:00 pm Saturdays (1 in 3 rotation).
