Bilingual Licensed Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty - Base Pay Uncapped Bonuses
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping people protect their auto and home? Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Licensed Inside Sales Representatives join our team to quote, sell, and educate clients on property and casualty insurance products.
Compensation:
Base pay $28.13–$35.09 hourly. Variable compensation averages $2,000 per month, with potential to exceed $7,000 as business grows across multiple states.
Licensure requirement:
You must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producer’s License or Personal Lines License.
Primary Accountabilities:
Quote and sell automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance products.
Follow up on missing information to close sales via phone or email.
Attend required training, meetings, one‑on‑ones, and ongoing education to maintain an active license.
Demonstrate product advantages, overcome objections, and guide clients toward purchase.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date pipeline of opportunities for accurate quotes.
Prioritize sales opportunities based on ICP across multiple screen systems during quoting.
Explain insurance concepts and coverages clearly to clients.
Work arrangement:
Home‑based (80% of time, 4+ days per week) proximate to Denver, CO. Occasional travel to the Denver office for team meetings and culture events (up to 10%).
Training:
Approx. 2 months in‑person at our Denver, CO core office. Hours 8:30 am‑5:00 pm local time, with no time off during training. Post‑training, new hires work evening shifts (Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑8:00 pm; Sat 8:30 am‑5:00 pm).
Licenses and CE:
We will pay to maintain your licenses and all CE requirements after hire.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 10% of time.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily sitting/standing work.
