Overview
The Office of Medical Student Affairs seeks an individual to provide customer service and support in the areas of Medical Student Financial Aid, Admissions, Records, website updates and support for the Wellness Program. The successful candidate will maintain the school’s academic schedule, provide office support, and assist in the coordination of meetings and events sponsored by the Associate Dean of Medical Student Affairs.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Organization skills
- Ability to work on multiple competing projects
- Operate in a team environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Access, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people in many settings
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of or ability to learn Student Information System
- Computer and General Office equipment proficiency
USD Sanford School of Medicine has announced the move of the first 18 months of the M.D. program and the Division of Biomedical & Translational Sciences from Vermillion to Sioux Falls by July of 2027. Travel between sites may be required.
