Maintenance Manager **Responsibilities** Administer the site computerized maintenance management system (EAM), maintain this system, and audit and manage the EAM backlog of work orders. Administer the training and qualifications for the technical skills training programs including electrical, instrument and controls and mechanical.
Implement and manage the plants FERC/NERC compliance policies, programs, and procedures to maintain compliance of plant protective systems with FERC/NERC requirements.
**Required Qualifications** Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the power generation industry.
Experience with EAM or similar maintenance management tracking software, preferably associated with power plant maintenance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge of combined cycle power plant maintenance and operations is preferred. Commissioning experience in a combined cycle facility a plus. Specific knowledge of the maintenance requirements of 7FA combustion turbines a plus. Ability to handle daily communication of expectations, coach employees, provide feedback and work collaboratively with plant staff.
Communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate employees and use verbal and written communication to communicate objectives and action plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
