Job Summary

The Disney Entertainment segment includes the company's full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally, including streaming and in-home. This position requires a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and will work on theatrical and streaming title lifecycle campaigns (global and domestic) across Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, 20th Century studios as well as select evergreen digital titles. The Senior Manager oversees the Specialist and Coordinators in their day-to-day work, and supports the Director, working in conjunction with the wider team, on the development and execution of comprehensive digital campaigns for the theatrical, streaming, Pay 1 and in-home windows. The position also requires direct collaboration with cross studio departments. This position may require some non-traditional working hours (early morning/weekends), light travel and on field level work at events, including premieres, screenings & junkets. *Please note this is a project hire opportunity with an expected end date of 8/28/2026* Responsibilities

Campaign Management Spearhead the development of key social creative, including defining the look and feel and of video and static content via film/series footage, special event footage, special shoot footage, and talent footage (both custom and generic) Oversee/lead fan engagement efforts across social for individual projects, as executed primarily by Specialist and Coordinator Assist with (in conjunction with Director) the banner display campaign creative and provides feedback on select custom media programs Help direct, capture, and post select live-event and junket content in collaboration with the Director for junkets, premieres, etc. Manage custom title and brand programs with specific platform partner, as defined per project by Director. Lead creative brainstorming for upcoming social content, programs, and editorial calendars. Manage the Creative Content team relationship and collaborate with the department to develop custom digital creative content and adhere to platform best practices Own the Promotions team relationship ensuring all relevant digital related activities align with the digital marketing strategy and campaign creative standards Collaborate with international markets to develop global content, influencer programs and media creative. Along with VP and Director, present decks, performance, campaign creative and more on select campaigns to studio leadership.

Social and Digital Data Analysis and Reporting Identify key trends, tools and technologies to incorporate into our campaigns Work with the analytics team to establish key performance metrics and provide regular progress reports and sentiment analysis within the digital team

Team Mentorship and Leadership Oversee specialist and coordinators on their day-to-day, inclusive of: review and approvals for social and editorial calendars and oversee implementation and distribution, workload management and resources, providing actionable feedback and action plans for career growth and development of Specialist and Coordinator. Report to the Director of Digital Marketing and proactively contribute to team process improvement.

Evergreen Social and Digital Management Provide creative feedback on campaign and select evergreen creative to the Disney and the Lucasfilm brand teams Align with cross company digital brand teams to secure digital support for key initiatives and help provide opportunities for custom sustain content

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 7+ years' relevant experience; preferably within a studio marketing landscape. Outstanding communication skills, written and oral, specifically comfortable speaking and presenting in large meetings with key stakeholders and filmmakers. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote is preferred. Experience with and can create on-the-fly content with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere, as well as popular content creation mobile apps (e.g. CapCut, InShot). Candidate must demonstrate strong working knowledge & emerging media and new technology platforms. Demonstrated ability to work with others, both in a supervisory role and as a collaborative team player. Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative sensibility a must.

Preferred Experience Social creative experience is a plus.

Education Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $126,800 to $170,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
