LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client in Oklahoma City, OK. This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to C-Suite Executives, including managing daily calendars, preparing reports and presentations, drafting correspondence and arranging travel and accommodations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support for C-Suite Executives

• Maintain complex calendars and schedules

• Screen incoming phone calls and direct inquiries

• Draft correspondence for internal communications and board meetings

• Arrange travel and accommodations

• Prepare reports and presentations

• Research, collect, and analyze information

• Represent the company in a positive light

• Act as a liaison for Board of Directors and Senior Leadership

• Oversees special projects

• Use discretion and good judgement to handle C-level matters

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in an executive assistant role, minimum 5 years

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Team player

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and exercise good judgement

• Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion

• Ability to think outside the box
