Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Location: Candidates must reside in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, or Louisiana.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start (example 11 AM‑8 PM CST).
Training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All licensed in P&C required, with training provided for those without a license.
Equipment: All computer equipment is provided; a professional home workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload) is required.

Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication skills for prospects and customers.

Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided if not currently held).
