$62,640.00/yr - $88,004.80/yr
About The Role Total Wine & More is seeking an Associate, Market Management to join our Market Management team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will be involved with the replenishment buying of national brand beer, wine, and spirits for our stores throughout the Total Wine & More chain. You will maintain a professional partnership with wholesalers, with the purpose of: driving high in stock levels and purchasing at best cost. You will report to a Manager of Market Management.
You Will
Serve as primary contact for multiple wine & spirit wholesalers in assigned market
Manage collection and maintenance of wholesalers’ cost data
Create Replenishment Orders and PO placementPerform cost and deal analysis
Resolve Vendor Service Issues and coordinate with vendors
Respond to inquiries regarding supplier product availability and costs
Manage store in stock rates and inventory levels
Reconcile invoices and POs
Prepare content for recurring meetings with wholesaler partners
Identify opportunities to drive sales through promotional activity related to in store displays, retail reductions or advertising and working inter-departmentally to achieve results
You Will Come with
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field preferred
Less than 1 year preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic Accounting skills and interest in performing accounting tasks
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel (can use complex functions, pivot tables, vlookup functions, etc.)
