Our client in Dallas, Texas is currently looking for a skilled Legal Billing Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis. Manage the firm's billing operations and ensure adherence to client guidelines with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Generate and distribute prebills, oversee attorney review processes, and implement firm policies on retainers, write-offs, and discounts. Process accurate and timely client invoices while complying with specific billing requirements using e-billing systems like TyMetrix, LegalTracker, and more. Coordinate e-bill submissions, handle attorney communications on billing matters, and execute complex billing tasks efficiently. Respond to client requests, maintain billing system data integrity, monitor compliance with billing guidelines, and resolve inquiries. Provide billing forecasts, reports, manage retainers, process checks, monitor banking transactions, and generate financial reports. Legal Billing Specialist Background Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of legal billing or law firm finance experience. Proficiency in legal billing and e-billing platforms such as Elite 3E, T360, and CounselLink. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Features and Benefits:
