What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to achieve Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service goals
Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems post sign-off
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions
Support inventory management and logistics for customer needsStay updated on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or experience using complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
Associate degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering
Experience in a Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital, clinic, or cardiology setting
Teaching experience in educating medical personnel and technical support staff
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and other business applications
