We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a hospitality-focused organization in the New Orleans Louisiana area. This role requires expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing social media strategies, and leveraging analytics tools to drive results. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership skills, and a passion for digital marketing to help the company achieve its goals. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI and reach targeted audiences. Oversee multiple social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content performance. Utilize Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor website traffic and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to implement innovative marketing strategies. Provide light management oversight to assist in team development and workflow optimization. Produce regular reports detailing campaign performance and actionable insights. Coordinate with external vendors or partners to support marketing initiatives when needed. Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's voice and standards. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google AdWords and Pay-Per-Click campaigns. Proficiency in using Google Analytics to analyze data and inform decision-making. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and effective management practices. Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects. Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work on-site three days per week. Leadership skills to provide light management and team support.
