Position Summary The
Dispatch Coordinator
plays a vital role in keeping our service operations running efficiently and our customers satisfied. You'll be at the center of daily activity—fielding calls, coordinating technicians, scheduling service requests, and ensuring materials are ready for every job.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for inbound and outbound service calls.
Create, manage, and track
service tickets
within the dispatching system.
Schedule and balance technician workloads to maximize productivity and responsiveness.
Coordinate
material procurement and equipment needs
for scheduled jobs.
Communicate ETAs, job updates, and expectations clearly to customers.
Support other
dispatch and customer service team members
as needed.
Ensure
strategic account requests
are properly entered and updated in systems (e.g., Fieldpoint).
Identify
bottlenecks, trends, and process improvements
to enhance team efficiency.
Assist with
reporting and KPI tracking
to monitor service performance.
Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of dispatching, scheduling, or service operations experience
(mechanical/HVAC industry preferred).
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
, especially Excel.
Exceptional
communication and customer service skills .
Proven
organizational and multitasking abilities .
Sound judgment and decision-making under pressure.
Experience with
dispatching or field service management software
a plus.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-moving, customer-driven environment .
