Their offerings include corrugated boxes, displays, and customized packaging for sectors such as pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, food and beverage, and cosmetics. With a strong commitment to sustainability, they provide recyclable and renewable packaging options and maintain exceptional delivery standards through their Just-In-Time (JIT) programs.

Management Supervise and develop AP, AR, and General/Cost Accounting staff.
Clarify team roles and implement training programs.
Set annual goals aligned with corporate strategy; monitor progress.
Continuously evaluate and improve finance team structure and efficiency.
Control Systems
Establish and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
Conduct internal audits to assess control effectiveness.
Oversee financial reporting systems for GAAP and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate audit activities and provide required documentation.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Perform financial and operational analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare periodic financial statements and supporting schedules.
Processes
Lead monthly accounting close and ensure accurate reporting.
Implement best practices for AP/AR cash flow management.
Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to align financial and operational strategies.
Advise senior leadership on financial risks, drivers, and strategic opportunities.
