Read and interpret drawings and project specifications Survey/Quantify materials/assemblies from drawings Knowledge of takeoff and estimating software Organize quantity takeoffs Capable of structural/civil estimates at DD/CD Contact/Follow up with subcontractors for pricing input Capable to present estimates Technical specs knowledge Meet deadline challenges Ability to work on major estimating efforts Develop estimate reports/clarifications Qualifications
