What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients to drive sales growth

Build relationships and manage Executive C-level accounts through targeted outreach

Conduct discovery calls to understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and recommendations to close deals

Maintain a sales pipeline and manage contracts within a CRM system (Salesforce.com)

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role

Experience selling in the commercial facilities sector

Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel up to 20% of the year

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with business tools like Google Work products, Tableau, and Salesforce

Strong analytical skills to manage client data effectively

A proactive approach to sales with a strong bias to action

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
