Role : Regional Sales Director - Northeast (1st Line People Leadership role)
Base pay range : $195,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Territory includes : OH, PA, NJ, MD, DE, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME, and DC (must reside within territory)
Therapeutic Area : Haematology, Immunotherapy, and Critical Care
Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop Sales Team: Hire, coach, and manage Hospital Sales Representatives to achieve national sales goals and ensure positive customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., National Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs, HR) and leadership to align on business plans and brand strategy execution.
Drive Performance & Strategy: Oversee regional sales performance, ensure quota attainment across the portfolio, and provide strategic field insights to leadership.
Preferred Experience:
10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech sales/account management experience
3+ years direct people Leadership Experience (MUST HAVE)
Experience in plasma, haematology, critical care, or immunotherapy (MUST HAVE)
Experience selling into hospitals (MUST HAVE)
Proven experience in rare disease, biologics, buy and bill, and specialty drugs preferred
Strong strategic mindset
