About the Role: Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an experienced
Full Charge Bookkeeper
for a temp-to-hire opportunity in
Sacramento, CA . This position is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of the full accounting cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, and payroll Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Collaborate with management and external CPA for audits and tax filings Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards Qualifications:
3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) and Excel Experience with payroll processing and reconciliations Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
