Job Description
Oversee construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and all project stakeholders. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate and communicate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management. Ensure that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Owner's Representative should have:
Candidates MUST be local to St. Louis Strong project management skills, particularly within the construction sector. Excellent ability to coordinate and communicate with teams and clients effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
