The selected individual will be expected to work at stores within a 30-mile radius of our location at: 1604 State Route 35, Oakhurst, NJ 07755.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
Assisting customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
Building strong trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintaining precise work order files and product formulas.
Preparing products for customers by pulling from the sales floor or warehouse.
Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
Stocking shelves and setting up eye-catching displays.
Performing maintenance on store equipment.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
Assisting with deliveries when needed.
Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings and options.
Complying with inventory control procedures.
Suggesting strategies to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements:
At least eighteen (18) years of age.
Legal authorization to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish.
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
A High School diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
