Orlando, FL (Onsite) Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 About the Role We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join a growing organization in Orlando. This is a hands-on position where you will manage payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance while helping to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
Maintain payroll and personnel records and prepare related reports
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)
Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit questions and enrollment
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to staff and management
Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Maintain organized, confidential personnel files and records
Support HR programs such as performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives
Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and promote company culture
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of HR generalist or HR administration experience
Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration
Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
Experience using HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, BambooHR, or similar
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Experience supporting both office and field employees
