Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 About the Role: Are you a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist ready to take ownership of core HR functions? Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join their growing team in Orlando. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance-all while helping shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist: As an HR Generalist, you will: Process payroll accurately on a weekly basis and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. Maintain payroll and personnel records and prepare related reports. Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit questions and enrollment. Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to staff and management. Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution with fairness and professionalism. Manage onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Maintain organized, confidential personnel files and records. Support HR programs, including performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives. Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and promote company culture. Qualifications for the HR Generalist Role: Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR administration. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration. Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance. Experience using HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, BambooHR, or similar. Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
