What You'll Do as an HR Generalist:
As the HR Generalist, you'll take ownership of core HR functions that touch every stage of the employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with managers and employees to foster engagement, ensure compliance, and streamline operations. Act as a trusted HR Generalist partner for employee relations, performance coaching, and policy guidance
Manage daily HR operations, including benefits coordination, onboarding, and compliance administration.
Handle recruiting activities such as job postings, applicant screening, and new hire processing.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage system updates in ADP Workforce Now.
Conduct investigations and support corrective action in alignment with company policies.
Coordinate FMLA, leave of absence, and return-to-work processes
Administer training, track completion of compliance modules, and promote continuous development
Assist in compensation reviews, performance cycles, and preparation of HR metrics reports
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience
Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and HR policies
What You Bring to the HR Generalist Role:
The ideal HR Generalist is a collaborative and solutions-oriented professional with excellent judgment and a passion for HR excellence. 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on generalist or advisory responsibilities
Deep knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
