What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring quota attainment and effective sales processes

Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the market and enhance customer relationships

Collaborate with internal departments to drive customer value and satisfaction

Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare market trends and competitive activities

Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant area

Eight years of business experience, including management of sales teams, with at least two years in selling complex software and/or services

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage diverse teams

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Experience in negotiating contracts and consultative sales methods
