What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant area
Eight years of business experience, including management of sales teams, with at least two years in selling complex software and/or services
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage diverse teams
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite and VP-level clients
Experience in negotiating contracts and consultative sales methods
Familiarity with healthcare technology and supply chain dynamics
Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality outcomes
Effective time management skills and experience working collaboratively across functions
