As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will provide oversight of administrative and analytical duties in support of the intake and processing of immigration applications and benefits.

Overview The position is open from 11/03/2025 to 11/12/2025. The salary range is $105,383 to $159,716 per year. Grade: GS‑13.

Work Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities

Act as primary authority on fiscal policy matters, mission objectives, and emphasis of designated program areas.

Review applications and petitions that the financial agent is unable to process and develop solutions to enable continued processing.

Act as a liaison with internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Assign work to subordinates based on priorities and capabilities, develop work plans, quality standards, and organize resources.

Manage review of operational activities to identify new processes and procedures to improve efficiency; recommend improvements to leadership.

Conduct studies; analyze and evaluate proposed changes; research and investigate new or improved business and management practices and determine impacts on program operations.

Requirements Conditions of Employment:

You must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.

Successfully pass a background investigation, including financial disclosure.

Pass a drug screening.

Submit resume and supporting documentation.

Register with Selective Service (for males born after 12/31/1959).

Qualifications Position is GS‑13. You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS‑12 level that includes the following duties:

Reviewing applications or petitions and making determinations or developing solutions to allow continued processing.

Assessing operational activities for efficiency gains and formulating regulations.

Interpreting legislation and policy to provide guidance on unusual situations.

Representing an organization to internal and external stakeholders.
