Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate locations and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Perform in-depth analysis and research to draft and propose significant changes to workload balance and distribution of work between the Regions and Field Offices. Make recommendations in organizational structure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for providing analytical research and analysis related to immigration files. Coordinate the work of subordinates on delivering fully analyzed data products to complete the FDNS mission. Prepare briefings, presentations, and/or reports to region leadership on analytical findings and recommendations. Qualifications

GS-14 : You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Implement, coordinate, and oversee a major segment of department-wide mission or administrative program; Plan, conduct, or participate in special studies or task forces; Monitor, develop, and implement sophisticated management information systems that focus on long and short range plans; Provide technical assistance and direct support to management staff in all matters relating to the application of planning systems and management programs to meet mission requirements; Coordinate activities of office support staff, advise and provide analytical support on problem definition, planning methodologies, policies, and procedures.
