Management and Program Analyst , you will implement, coordinate, and analyze a variety of financial and budgetary management programs, prepare and provide briefings and presentations, and develop and evaluate policies. Overview Open & closing dates: 10/30/2025 to 11/10/2025 Hiring is accepting applications. Salary $90,025 to – $138,296 per year (exact salary based on grade, step, and location). Pay scale & grade GS 13 – 14 Locations Los Angeles, CA Tampa, FL New York, NY Irving, TX Burlington, VT Telework Qualified for telework as per agency policy. Telework may be episodic. Travel Required Occasional travel. You may be expected to travel for this position. Work schedule Full-time. Shift work may apply. Qualifications One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to GS‑12 level; experience performing duties described in the duties section. Experience must include: Utilizing an agency financial system to produce funding reports, process commitments, obligations, and invoices. Monitoring the obligation and expenditure of funds to ensure authorized funding allocation. Analyzing information and communicating analysis and policies orally and in writing. Applying interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills effectively both independently and in a team. Analyzing a broad range of programs, projects, and processes and devising alternative methods for improved accuracy and efficiency. Required Experience/Qualifications (GS‑14) One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to GS‑13 level. Experience performing duties such as: Administering program office funding and budget coordination. Writing complex documents and tailoring to audiences. Managing strategic projects and cross‑functional teams. Serving as a technical authority on financial program operations. Requirements U.S. citizen or U.S. national.
