Base Pay Range $65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Position Summary This role involves overseeing floor operations within the Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, and HMSC departments, ensuring business goals are met through effective leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and—or in writing—with customers, suppliers, and associates.

Implement the business plan for the area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.

Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.

Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.

Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns, listen and consult to determine corrective action or recommend solutions.

Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling policies and procedures; identify training needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.

Respect the individual by building high‑performing teams, embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and providing opportunities for all to thrive.

Additional Compensation

Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.

2 years Walmart Logistics experience.

2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Office proficiency, experience supervising associates, experience as a Walmart Logistics Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Business.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
