Base Pay Range $110,000–$220,000 per year

Position Summary The Health & Wellness team designs and builds products to help millions of customers and patients with their most critical personal healthcare needs. As a member of this team, you’ll contribute to the design of omnichannel solutions that deliver care to millions of people across our pharmacy, optical, and clinical offerings. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure we are serving the whole patient as they navigate their personal health journey.

What You’ll Do

Lead a team to articulate the strategy and design for our omni‑channel commerce products and experiences.

Collaborate with partner teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions at scale before customers walk in the door, after their care occasion, and at every step in between.

Facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes.

Present vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team.

Create and champion an experience that is highly engaging and usable and deliver pixel‑perfect detailed design with your team.

Build a space for cross‑functional colleagues to collaborate and motivate teams and partners.

Apply strategic and systems thinking to simplify complex problems.

Coach and contribute to our team culture.

Provide a self‑starter mindset and keep the team organized.

Work across different projects, balancing priorities and adapting to change.

Champion Design Thinking philosophy throughout the business.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area AND 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in and out of retail.

Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, compelling way to audiences of all levels.

Demonstrated understanding of e‑commerce and deep experience building revenue‑driving experiences.

Strong design aesthetic that brings brand expressions into systems thinking and universal design.

Deep experience with business requirement gathering, journey mapping, facilitation of design sprints, competitive analysis, rapid concepting, and prototyping.

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to motivate teams and partners.

Ability to consume strategic data and insights to produce meaningful experiences.

Track record of working cross‑functionally, shipping successful products in fast‑paced environments.

Strategic mindset and system‑thinking approach to simplify complexity.

Experience leading by doing and inspiring, coaching, and contributing to team culture.

Self‑starter mindset, well organized, always looking for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 7+ years of experience in product design.

Fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Designing front‑end user experience solutions for consumer software development using modern web technologies such as responsive design and iOS and Android design best practices.

Designing front‑end user experience solutions for service‑oriented (SOA) architectures.

Developing user experience solutions with agile methodology, eCommerce, software design.

Masters: Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Cognitive Science, Computer Science.
