accounts payable and receivable , including billing, collections, and vendor payments. Manage
general ledger , journal entries, accruals, and deferrals. Prepare and review
financial statements ; assist with month-end and year-end close. Handle
payroll processing , PTO tracking, and benefits administration. Reconcile
bank accounts, credit cards, and loans . Support compliance with
tax filings, workers’ comp, and annual reporting . Collaborate with leadership on
budgeting and financial analysis . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting or Finance . 5+ years of experience
in a similar role. Strong knowledge of
QuickBooks Online
(Plus or Advanced). Solid understanding of
income statements, balance sheets, and general ledger accounting . Experience with
payroll and benefits administration . Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly.
