NOW CFO
We are a growing, nationwide provider of professional services seeking a full-charge Senior Accountant to manage daily financial operations and payroll. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting leadership in strategic decision‑making. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Full-time, on-site position in Indianapolis, IN.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee
accounts payable and receivable , including billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Manage
general ledger , journal entries, accruals, and deferrals.
Prepare and review
financial statements ; assist with month‑end and year‑end close.
Handle
payroll processing , PTO tracking, and benefits administration.
Reconcile
bank accounts, credit cards, and loans .
Support compliance with
tax filings, workers’ comp, and annual reporting .
Collaborate with leadership on
budgeting and financial analysis .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting or Finance .
5+ years of experience
in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of
QuickBooks Online
(Plus or Advanced).
Solid understanding of
income statements, balance sheets, and general ledger accounting .
Experience with
payroll and benefits administration .
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly.
