Lead competitive conversions and execute on new product launches Identify new business opportunities and negotiate specifications Develop and execute Key Account penetration plans with cross-functional teams Manage distribution-converter relationships Drive over 60% travel for business engagements, both domestically and internationally Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with ten (10) years of combined sales and/or business management experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience At least three (3) years of experience in Distribution and Channel Management Current, valid Driver’s License Proven communication and negotiation skills Ability to lead without direct authority and a customer-first approach Preferred Qualifications
