Your Key Responsibilities

Support client engagements in day‑to‑day interactions, producing quality work products and delivering services on time.

Prepare and deliver tax information reporting (1099/1042‑S/8804), FATCA/CRS reporting, and tax withholding certificate validation (Forms W‑8/9) for banks, wealth and asset‑management firms, and insurance companies.

Collaborate with engagement teams in a highly collaborative culture, sharing information and listening to colleagues.

Analyze bridged customer data and transaction information to identify errors, apply tax concepts, and modify reporting coding for accuracy.

Manage communications with clients and internal stakeholders, document authorizations, and use tax software and Microsoft applications.

Assist with billing, collections, and reconciliation of customer demographic and transaction data.

Maintain frequent communication with supervisors and colleagues for guidance and status updates.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Timely, efficient, and accurate support in a volume‑driven environment.

Ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilities.

Understanding of tax withholding certificates, FATCA/CRS forms, and information return requirements.

Knowledge of vendor and client systems that support tax operations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proprietary collaboration tools.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To Qualify for the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or comparable field.

1–2 years of experience in tax information reporting.

Working knowledge of 1099/1042‑S reporting systems and tax compliance rules.

Proficiency with basic computer software.

Ability to follow standardized processes and prioritize assignments.

Commitment to periodic travel (5%–10%).

Ideally You’ll Also Have

Experience in professional services.

Record in preparing US federal and state information returns.

Experience with FATCA/CRS and withholding validation.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in trust tax software.
