In this role, you’ll work at the heart of enterprise productivity—developing and maintaining tools and services that improve collaboration across the organization. If you're eager to work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to high-performance computing (HPC) environments, and support national security, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Software Engineer, you’ll: Design, develop, and maintain tools and services that support enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
Work cross-functionally with software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers.
Deliver seamless integrations that improve usability and support the agency's broader mission objectives.
Develop in high-performance environments with technologies such as containerization tools, real-time systems, data transport services, and mission-critical application monitoring systems.
Required Skills
Proficiency using the
Linux Command Line Interface (CLI)
Development experience with
Java ,
Python , or
Rust
in a Linux environment
Experience writing
Bash ,
Python , or
Groovy
scripts to automate tasks and workflows
Familiarity with
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
tools like
Ansible ,
Salt , or
Puppet
Experience with
GitLab CI/CD
pipelines and practices
Desired Skills
Experience maintaining mission-critical applications in a Linux environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with external customers
Qualifications
5+ years
of relevant software engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science or related discipline
Top Secret clearance
with
successful polygraph
