Description As General Manager you will run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will partner with your leader to set goals, develop Department and Shift Managers, coach teams, and maintain high performance in all business areas.
Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and meet customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and develop an action plan to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers as needed.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, budget, and operating results.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and corporate standards.
Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age. Previously held General Manager experience at high‑volume quick‑service locations.
Strong background in quick‑service restaurants; experience in hospitality, retail, or related fields is desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people‑management skills.
