Compensation Base pay range: $68,900 – $128,800 per year. Specific geographic adjustments apply.

Opportunity This position ensures the successful execution of internal and client‑facing events for the firm, following EY policies, guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with meeting sponsor to understand logistical requirements.

Conduct venue research and recommend locations based on detailed briefs.

Comply with and promote the firm Supply Chain Services policy.

Promote the overall objectives of the Travel, Meetings & Events Services team by supporting strategy with every stakeholder interaction.

Manage delegate aspects using the firm tool, Cvent.

Ensure EY brand compliance with event program manager.

Drive cost efficiencies and negotiate with venues and suppliers.

Prepare initial event logistics budget and manage it throughout the event lifecycle.

Prepare on‑site schedules and run sheets for venues and suppliers.

Coordinate with Technology Support for special event production and on‑site technology.

Audit and submit program invoices for approval and provide full event reconciliation.

Ensure smooth on‑site event execution, anticipating and resolving issues proactively.

Act as main on‑site point of contact for all suppliers and resolve any issues.

Lead and direct the on‑site support team, adjusting planning as necessary.

Assist in other Meeting & Event Services areas as needed.

Support and develop best practices to drive process efficiencies and contribute creativity on special projects.

Recommend solutions and provide guidance to other managers and requestors for large events.

Anticipate client questions and be prepared when dealing with internal clients.

Qualifications

Minimum five to seven years of event management experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Cvent is desired.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for senior leadership engagement.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with effective prioritization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

In‑depth knowledge of running large, logistically complex global events.

Strong venue knowledge across the U.S.

Familiarity with meeting industry software, including web registration applications such as Cvent.
