• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, and offboarding across multiple states
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws in various jurisdictions
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-state organization
• Broad knowledge of HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee relations
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, with experience in Rippling, ADP, or similar preferred
