Key Responsibilities
Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, and offboarding) for employees across multiple states
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law in multiple states
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, benefits, and HR processes
Partner with Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
Support HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-state organization
Broad knowledge of HR compliance, payroll processes, benefits, and employee relations Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Rippling, ADP, or similar preferred)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
