What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide learning consulting services to identify and address organizational training and development needs

Oversee multiple learning projects, managing relationships and ensuring responsiveness to client needs

Develop engaging learning solutions using various methodologies aligned with learning objectives

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve desired work results

Track and report on the effectiveness of learning programs using appropriate metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)

6 years of experience in employee training, adult learning/instructional design, and project/stakeholder management

2 years of experience in employee training, including training or performance analysis

2 years of experience in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Learning Consultation, or a related field

2 years of experience in Project Management/Stakeholder Management

Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite and Microsoft Suite, along with experience in Learning Management Systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2 years of experience working in a global learning environment

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant learning tools
