What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide learning consulting services by engaging with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
Oversee multiple learning projects, conduct needs analysis, and define measurable learning objectives
Identify and implement engaging learning solutions using various methodologies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and manage client relationships
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of learning programs using appropriate metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
6 years of experience in employee training, adult learning/instructional design, and project/stakeholder management
2 years of experience in employee training, including training or performance analysis
2 years of experience in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Learning Consultation, or a related field
2 years of experience in Project Management/Stakeholder Management
Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Microsoft Suite, and Learning Management Systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2 years of experience working in a global learning environment
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools like Monday.com
