Base Pay Range $65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, safety.
Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing and analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
Identify associate/customer and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others as needed to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting and modeling logistics company policies and procedures; identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field AND 1 year supervisory experience.

2 years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office expertise.
