Systems Analyst III
Location: Madison, WI (Hill Farms State Office Building)
Arrangement: 60% onsite / 40% remote (must currently live in Wisconsin; no relocation allowed)
Duration: Long‑term contract (with strong potential extension)
Visa: No H1B, CPT, or OPT
Key Responsibilities
Lead business and technical analysis efforts, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
Work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify business rules, workflows, and system outputs.
Create detailed user stories, operational manuals, functional design documentation, and testing materials.
Participate in quality assurance planning, test case development, and user acceptance testing.
Support system changes, issue resolution, and help desk tracking.
Maintain professional communication with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Required Skills (8+ Years)
Advanced experience in business and technical analysis, requirements documentation, and process design.
Experience in quality assurance, test planning, and SDLC methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
ITIL, A+ or PMP certifications.
Salary: Madison, WI $89,300.00-$165,800.00
