The Project Coordinator is responsible for subject recruitment, payment, scheduling, testing, and equipment maintenance. This position will be responsible for entering participant data with a focus on accuracy and oversee double data entry by students; cleaning of the data and ensuring data integrity. The coordinator will assist the research manager with developing and managing IRB and HRPO application and protocol documents as well as monthly status reports on finances and recruitment goals. The coordinator will perform literature searches and assist with compilation of annual reports and manuscripts for publication and update the study website and social media pages. The coordinator will liaise with other study staff, investigators and Research Coordinators to resolve operational and administrative issues, submit invoices, and manage supplies ordering and monitoring for their respective studies.
