Position: Research Assistant (RA) to support day‑to‑day operations of the Pregnancy Study Online (PRESTO) at the Boston University School of Public Health. Responsibilities
Manage all contacts with study subjects, trace lost subjects, and coordinate participant compensation. Oversee biospecimen collection kit and shipment supplies, monitor biospecimen collection and coordinate sample shipments. Maintain the study website, perform quality control, and conduct literature reviews. Assist with mailings and subject tracking for the validation study and sub‑studies (E‑PRESTO, home pregnancy tests, semen collection). Organize research meetings, draft minutes, maintain up‑to‑date IRB applications and study protocols, and draft grant progress reports. Assist Principal Investigators with administrative tasks: book travel, process travel and meeting expenses, write grants, prepare for conferences, and submit manuscripts. Required Skills
Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of experience and proficiency in Word, Access, and Excel. Background in natural sciences (biology, chemistry) or public health preferred.
