and a collaborative, supportive work culture Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance Handle payroll processing activities accurately and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment activities Maintain and update HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance Support performance management, training, and professional development programs Promote positive employee engagement and contribute to a healthy workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Professional certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
