Part time Information Systems Analyst needs 3 years supporting Microsoft end user technologies including Windows Office applications etc Part time Information Systems Analyst requires : 3 days a week Tues- Thursday 24 hours / weekly Candidates must have experience troubleshooting basic conference audio / video issues updating software etc Must have the ability to provide hands on support to staff in office and be personable. Spanish speaking is nice to have. 3 years in customer facing IT support role is required. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are required. Excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills are required. PowerShell experience is required. Experience with infrastructure technology (servers networking equipment) is preferred. Experience with an ITSM platform (specifically ServiceNow) is preferred. ITIL certification is preferred. While performing the role you will need to lift up to 50lbs 5% travel may be required in support of the positions responsibilities. Part time Information Systems Analyst duties :
