Responsibilities
Act as a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team within designated partner stores, influencing potential customers and fostering relationships. Proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Educate customers on renewable energy and storage solutions and strive to positively influence every person you encounter. Compensation
Potential earnings: the average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 (location and personal success dependent); top performers can earn up to $160,000+ per year. Compensation includes a competitive base pay with uncapped commissions, and a full benefits package. Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius (multi-store territory). Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and to lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment. Recruiter
