Provide technical support and onboarding guidance for web-based educational solutions via phone, email, and desktop sharing Troubleshoot customer issues related to rostering and product functionalities Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system bugs and improve performance Document and report customer issues and resolution activities effectively Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and integration requirements What is Required (Qualifications)

1+ years of experience in web application support within a technical helpdesk or customer support environment Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with web-based applications Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
